Job Summary
The Private Fund Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private funds, ensuring optimal performance through strategic asset allocation, rigorous analysis, and proactive risk management. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of risk management, deep knowledge of hedging and adjustment techniques, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Additionally, the Private Fund Manager will assist in marketing for business expansion by educating prospective clients and addressing their queries. This role includes explaining investment strategies, showcasing fund performance, and building strong client relationships to attract and retain clients.
About the Competition
Astra 2.0 challenges participants to develop a dynamic or static options trading strategy that generates returns as mentioned in the challenge below. The competition is designed to identify strategies that are not only profitable but also resilient and adaptable.
The Challenge:
Create a strategic (Static or Dynamic) options trading strategy that achieves results comparable to or surpassing those in the image below, or exceeds the figures outlined in the table. Your strategy should demonstrate robustness across varying market conditions, movements, volatility, and premiums. The most optimized solution will be awarded the winner.

Criteria for Judging
- Performance Consistency: Strategy should deliver reliable results irrespective of market fluctuations.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing market dynamics including volatility and premium changes.
- Risk Management: Effective management of risk to ensure capital preservation.
- Outcome: Strategy performance closely matching or exceeding benchmark figures.
- Technical Analysis Independence: Preference for strategies that do not rely or rely less on complex technical analysis and instead emphasize robust logic and adaptability.

How to Participate

- Develop Your Strategy: Create a comprehensive options trading strategy that meets the competition criteria.
- Submit Your Strategy: Send your strategy details, including logic, implementation, and backtest results, to astra@otsprofit.com by the submission deadline.
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Data Privacy: By entering the competition, you agree to our use of your submitted data for evaluation and promotional purposes.
- Tie Resolution: In the event of a tie, submissions will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Multiple Strategies: Participants are allowed to submit multiple strategies. The first strategy submission is free of charge. Subsequent submissions will incur a fee of Rs 100 per strategy.
- Individual or Team Participation: Participants may enter as individuals or as part of a team. If a team submission wins, the reward will be distributed among team members.
